Leadership
Tri-M encourages all members to lead through music, and one of the most impactful ways to do so is by serving on a committee or as part of the chapter’s officer team. These leadership opportunities allow members to take a more active role in shaping our events, service projects, and overall chapter direction. If you are interested in developing your leadership skills and making a meaningful contribution, we invite you to explore what it takes to become an officer. Meet our 2025–2026 Officer Team and learn more about how you can get involved below.

Commitees
Committees are small groups of Tri-M members dedicated to planning and organizing specific aspects of the chapter's service and event efforts. Members can join a committee based on their interests - such as community outreach, fundraising, publicity, or event planning - and work together throughout the semester to improve and lead activities in that area. Committees offer members a chance to take on greater leadership responsibilities, contribute meaningful ideas, and help the chapter run more efficiently. This structure ensures that every member has a voice and a role in supporting Tri-M's mission of music, service, and excellence.
